Seven Days Of Stationery

This past week has been National Stationery Week and to celebrate it's awesomeness I'm going to share my 7 photos with you.

Each day had it's own theme and lots of people got involved by sharing different pictures for it.

Monday was Pen & Pencil Day.
For this photo I used some of Noah's stationery hoard, as the twins and Ru have destroyed my pencils.

Tuesday was Get Crafty.
Unfortunately I couldn't really get crafty on Tuesday as I was busy all day, but this is a picture of the boys from the last weekend, getting their craft on!

Wednesday was National Stationery Day!

So for this photo, I'm sharing all the amazing stationery I was sent to test out.
It's been a long time since I treated myself to new pens and notebooks, so it felt a little bit like Christmas Day.
I spent ages trying out all the different pens and markers.
I adore the two notebooks, and I have started one as a bullet journal and I'm really enjoying doing it daily.

Thursday was Thank You Thursday!
Gold pens are just the bees knees when it comes to writing Thank You notes and this edding Gold Marker is the number one when it comes to Gold marker pens!

Friday was Fountain Pen Friday!
I haven't used a fountain pen since I was secondary school, the moment I popped the ink cartridge in, my love for them flashed right back.
There really isn't anything nicer than writing a list with a fountain pen.
This pen has become a firm favourite for using in my bullet journal.

Saturday was Signature Saturday!
Obviously this isn't my real signature but if I was famous this would be my autograph.
Nice and simple.
This thin edding calligraphy pen is amazing and I really really want to learn how to use it properly.

Last but not least,
Sunday was Write A Letter Day.
Nothing quite beats receiving a letter in the mail.
Since email and text messages have come along its not something I do often, but every now and then I like to shut myself in my room and write a letter to a friend.
Writing a letter in a way is rather therapeutic and you can get quite a lot out using a pen and a piece of paper.

New Minene Pyjamas

There's nothing nicer than brand new pyjamas, so when we were asked to review some Minene Pjs I was more than happy to say yes.

Most of Ru's pjs are getting too small and more than half are hand me downs!

I was asked to pick which ones I wanted, so I went for;
Summer Grey Pyjamas (£16.00)
and

Ru loved both of the designs and was more than happy to jump into them as soon as he had, had his bath.
The first pair he picked out was the Summer Grey pjs.
The little monster on the t-shirt represents Ru right down to a T!

The material is nice and soft and the fit is perfect, not too tight not too baggy.

Each Pyjama set comes in a nice organza gift bag, so they'd make a perfect present.

It's recommended that you wash them at 30 degrees.
They wash up well, we haven't had any shrinkages yet and he's worn them a few times since receiving them.

All of Minene Pjs are available from ages 2yrs right up to 8yrs!
Minene also have a sweet collection of baby clothes that go up to age 2.
Along with their range of clothes & Pjs, they have a beautiful range of storage for the home.

All at very reasonable prices.
If you haven't checked out their website, I highly recommend having a look!

**I was sent the Pyjamas for  free, all thoughts are my own!

DC Super Friends Interactive Power Punch Batman

Rupert is Super Hero mad and practically lives in Alex's old skin tight and rather holey Spiderman costume.
So when we were sent this super cool Batman toy I knew it would be love at first sight!

Key Features:
With fully poseable arms, his fist makes cool punching noises on impact!
Press his chest to hear signature Batman phrases and watch as his eyes light up as he speaks. Complete with cape, mask and utility belt for added detail, with this Super Friend on your side, you’re bound to win the colossal battle between good and evil!

As soon as Ru saw Batman it was love.
Hugs and kisses all round.
Once he figured out Batman could talk and make fighting noises he was off running round the house having a secret superhero mission with Batman.

The next thing I see is Ru acting out Spider-Man vs Batman battle.
Batman was being thrown around and then Ru was being thrown around, we couldn't help but laugh as normally Ru wouldn't be acting out something so well.

He's obviously been watching his brothers play wrestling.

After all the Super Hero fighting the only thing to do is to have a nice cuddle and power nap!

The interactive Batman is super soft and makes an excellent soft toy, the fact that you can play with him and he makes noises and have a few different batman phrases it makes playtime all the more fun!
A must for any Super Hero fan!
