If you are in or around Basingstoke between 19th September - 26th September, you may want to head over to Festival Place and take part in the environmentally friendly events they have on as part of Green Week.
The week will see Festival Place supporting the event with information on everything from recycling and local produce to what eco-friendly products are good to use.
Speaking of the event, Centre Director at Festival Place, Steven Connolly, said: “Sustainability is a very important part of Festival Place’s ethos and it felt like a natural fit to take more of an active role in supporting Green Week this year. We are very excited to be hosting a range of different green related events, helping to educate the public on how they can be more environmentally friendly along with providing more details about the sustainability work Festival Place has been undertaking for a number of years.”
